Divers in this course learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and wellbeing of others. Skills include preventing and managing specific dive related problems including panicked diver, tired diver, unconscious diver, missing diver, etc. You will also become a more confident diver and a better dive buddy.
COURSE DURATION: 2 to 3 days
PREREQUISITES: PADI Adventure Divers, Junior Divers of 12 years who have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive and/or Advanced Divers. You also need to have Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid) training within the past 24 months. You can complete this training during the Rescue Diver course.
